When our house went on the market June 2023, the interest rates were rising, and consequently our house was very slow to sell. Nick helped us stay positive, he explained everything to us in detail, he was calm and controlled even when I was completely loosing it! Nick was supportive, but realistic as to the market we were caught in. Who knew? But in the end we got the best outcome and we are very happy! . Nick is an outstanding real estate agent. He is very knowledgeable about the market and was very strategic when it came to pricing and marketing our home. We were very impressed by his data Analysis and his marketing strategies. We left our home in Denver in his hands and moved to California for the entire period our house was on the market. Everything was managed by Nick. We had contractors come in and do work to make upgrades that would make our house more appealing and functional, we staged the house at Nick expense, and we had to do routine maintenance on the property while it was on the market, Nick handled all of this! He kept us updated regularly throughout the process. He was very calm, compassionate, and always had great advice about the best way to proceed with our listing.
